Hany is an aviation professional that brings over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, progressively holding executive leadership positions in various airlines, the UN, and MedAire, an International SOS company. Hany led and navigated several aviation businesses in over 160 countries through some of the most dynamic environments in the world having worked in commercial, business aviation, Heads of States, low cost, charter, and freighter air carriers. He held executive positions in airline operations, safety, quality, security, risk management and worked at the UN specialised agency the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

In his capacity as Senior Vice President Aviation & Maritime Security with MedAire, Hany is responsible for ensuring MedAire’s Aviation and Maritime strategic security risk management initiatives and oversight to the aviation and maritime industries remains at a cutting edge and constantly advances its forward-leaning innovation framework.

Iva has entered the aviation world back in 2013, as Program Engineer Procurement, responsible for the supply chain of structural, metal components for Bombardier’s aircraft development projects at FACC AG. As of May 2017, she joined private jet operator GlobeAir as Head of Corporate Procurement and oversees the dedicated strategies, different set of suppliers and services providers.

A 22 year career in Operations began at Air Atlantique of Coventry, gaining experience in wide range of services from freight, passenger charter, ACMI and special missions before progressing to the position of Operations manager for the owner's collection of rare and unique vintage aircraft. Joining Gama Aviation in 2007, Tom now heads the Ground Operations Services division under myairops, focusing on trip support for a wide range of Business Aviation and Special missions customers.

Tom’s spare time continues to involve aviation, this time as support for the Firebirds Aerobatic Display team, performing pyrotechnic display routines across the UK and Europe. 

Caitlin Galloway is a Product Manager at ForeFlight and a private pilot. She established the Customer Success team at ForeFlight and is passionate about providing excellent customer support. No matter which hat she's wearing, her goal is simple -- to empower flight departments and individual pilots to improve efficiency, safety, and make flying more enjoyable through the ForeFlight app. Caitlin currently lives in Denmark and works with the Dispatch team.

Heather Gordon is Legal Director at Martyn Fiddler Aviation. Heather joined the team in 2013 having previously practiced within a leading Isle of Man law firm’s aviation practice since 2007. Heather holds graduate and post graduate degrees in law and studied internationally for her MBA.

Joel HENCKS is the Managing Director of AeroEx GmbH, an aviation consulting company based
in Switzerland offering a wide range of services to both commercial and non-commercial
aviation organizations.
With several decades of experience in many sectors of the aviation industry, AeroEx support
their customers in the implementation and realization of international aviation requirements,
Safety Management Systems, compliance monitoring and auditing. AeroEx additionally
provides workshops and seminars on a variety of aviation-related topics to management
personal and employees of the aviation industry.
Since 2006, Joel Hencks has been a member of the EASA rulemaking group OPS.001 and was
chairing the EASA OPS Review Group 02. These working groups developed the Implementing
Rules Air Operations for Europe. Since 2012 Joel Hencks is also member of the EASA
Rulemaking Groups Flight & Duty Time for Air Taxi and SMS Cross Domain.
In 2016 Joel Hencks has been appointed by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)
to participate in an Industry Study Group on Operational Safety Data (SIMS-OSD-ISG).
Furthermore, Joel Hencks is an avocational lecturer for Aviation Regulation, Safety
Management Systems and Compliance Monitoring at the Center for Aviation Competence
(CFAC-HSG), University of St.Gallen.
Joel Hencks is a professional pilot. He flew for different airlines, air ambulances and on-demand
air charter operators.
Beside his airline transport licence, he is holding a technical degree in electronics and is an
International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) accredited auditor.

After gaining a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering in the Netherlands, I worked at Fokker Aircraft for 1½ years before joining the Netherlands Royal Navy as a pilot. After 13 years I joined NetJets as a pilot and spent 10 years in the head office in Portugal in various Flight Operations senior management positions, whilst continuing to fly as a pilot. Seven years ago I joined NCC operator Japat AG in Basel as CEO, where I also fly as a pilot. I just finished an MBA in Leadership and Management.

Vincent Incammicia is graduated from the City University of London with an MSc in Air Transport Management. He is currently a candidate for a double doctorate in Business and Administration (DBA) in Strategic Management at the Swiss School of Business and Management and the Eurasian Management and Administration School.

Vincent started his aviation career as an Air Traffic Controller in the Belgian Air Force before joining Virgin Express and then TNT Airways as a flight dispatcher in 1999 before being promoted to head of the flight dispatch department in 2005. In 2008, motivated to join a major air cargo carrier, Cargolux Airlines, he only stepped back from his managerial position for a short period. His passion and continuous willingness for professional improvement allowed him to resume management roles in 2008. Firstly as a manager of the flight dispatch department and then senior manager of the flight operations support department, he served as an integral contributor to the establishment of Cargolux Airlines Flight Operations projects and was committed to designing procedures for the Flight Operations Support department and establishing innovative improvement policies. Since 2019, Vincent has left the air cargo industry to join the business aviation industry as a Nominated Person Ground Operations.

Vincent holds a Flight Dispatcher license from the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). In 2003, he was selected to participate in the partnership between TPG/TNT and the United Nations World Food Program as an Instructor Flight Dispatch, during which he taught the theoretical FAA Private Pilot License and FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License to a multicultural UN flight operations team.

Tobias is the founder and CEO of FCC Aviation. He heads a multilingual team of experienced regulatory compliance specialists whose mission is to protect airlines and business jet operators from the increasing number of European aviation tax and emission regulations. The company does this by taking over the compliance process from start to finish. FCC Aviation prides itself on acting as a single point of contact for compliance with 15 different aviation tax schemes in 11 countries. In the past, Tobias has lived in various countries and cities. He is fluent in English, German and French and holds a Masters Degree in Economics.

Richard Koe is the CEO of WINGX. Richard has established the commercial positioning of WINGX over the last decade, promoting WINGX through a range of thought leadership initiatives, new product design and delivery, and key account development.

Richard has previously held management positions in various aircraft operator companies, and started out in the sector as a Board advisor to an investment group behind airline ventures and FBO groups.

Prior to the aviation sector, Richard worked in telecom and technology sectors, mainly as a management consultant

Kenneth Kronborg is graduated from Niels Brock Business School with an MBA in marketing and international economy. In 2002, after his university studies, he joined Emirates as a flight dispatch and control manager. After a few years with the Dubai flag carrier, he incorporated Scandinavian Airlines as a head of the training flight dispatch until 2017.

Meanwhile, in 2014 he was elected president of the International Federation of Airlines Dispatcher Association (IFALDA) for three years. He coordinated the professional efforts and represented the various flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer member associations’ professional interests globally.

In 2014, Kenneth founded the Danish company Kronborg Air Consult in Copenhagen. The company provides education and training for aviation operations personnel and consulting services. He holds a Flight Operations Officer license delivered by the Danish Civil Aviation Authority and is an active member of the EASA Flight Standards Technical Committee.

Kenneth played a leading role in developing the new ICAO Doc 10106 – Manual on Flight Operations Officers/Flight Dispatchers Competency-based Training and Assessment, released in March 2021.

Paul Lalicata is Global Sales Leader, CAE Flight Services. He leads all sales operations for CAE’s recently acquired portfolio of digital crew and flight management solutions with a specific focus on business aviation and growth markets (anything application other than commercial aviation where CAE solutions can add value).  

Paul has been working for CAE for just under 1 year, coming from most recently from the oil and gas industry where he held a variety of leadership positions in sales and business development in lubricants and aviation fuels. Prior to his career in oil and gas Paul served nearly 20 years in the United States Coast Guard, spending most of his career as a helicopter pilot flying search and rescue and law enforcement missions in the MH-65 (Dauphin).  He also serves in a variety of community and collegiate volunteer positions.

His extensive knowledge of General Aviation, customer needs and market trends, as well as his vision and leadership allow CAE to focus on solving the emerging needs of the business aviation community.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Coast Guard Academy, and a Master of Public Policy from Princeton University.

Dawit Lemma is the Founder and CEO of Krimson Aviation – an aviation services company based in Ethiopia and Malta with operations at 47 airports in 25 African countries. He is a Swiss citizen, of Ethiopian origin, and has lived and/or worked all over the world; from Zambia to Afghanistan, the USA to Switzerland - making him a true global citizen. Dawit returned to Ethiopia in 2012, after almost 30 years abroad, recognizing the thriving potential and opportunities displayed by Ethiopia’s economic resurgence.

He is a graduate of Purdue University in the USA, where he received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering & Flight Technology. In addition, he received a MSc. degree in Aviation Management & Marketing from the Basel Business College in Switzerland. Dawit also holds an Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic’s License (American FAA), Commercial Pilot’s License (American FAA, South African CAA, Swiss FOCA/EASA), and an EASA Frozen ATPL. He has close to 20 years of experience in the aviation sector across four continents, with a cache of notable experience garnered at leading companies including TAG Aviation, Emirates Airlines, MAF, and Ethiopian Airlines, to name a few.

He underwrites all classes of aerospace business including major OEM’s, sub- component manufacturers, FBO’S, Service providers and airports worldwide. Prior to joining Global Aerospace Paul worked in Personal Lines insurance and Professional Indemnity. Paul has a degree in Business Administration and is an ACII qualified Chartered Insurer.

Claire Leleu is a senior forecaster at EUROCONTROL --the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation--. She runs the STATFOR department (Statistics and Forecast) since 2012 and is responsible for the delivery of “objective” air traffic forecasts for every state in Europe, and beyond. 
 
Miss Leleu joined worked from 2001, as a consultant for EUROCONTROL, developing complexity metrics in Air Traffic Capacity management domain that are now applied to benchmark Air Control Centres in Europe by the Performance Review bodies.
 
In 2008, she was appointed as a forecaster at EUROCONTROL Network Manager, delivering various market analyses and statistics to the Air Traffic Management community. She became an expert in air traffic forecasts and is then involved in various publications, including the “Challenges of Growth” studies. 
 
Miss Leleu graduated from Paris-IX Dauphine University with Ph.D in Applied Mathematics. She is a member of the Dauphine University Alumni, the Royal Statistical Society and involved in the Forum for European Aerospace Market Analysis.
 
She is based at EUROCONTROL headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

Rebecca works for Opsgroup as an international flights ops specialist watching the world for anything worth alerting upon. She is a briefing and article writer, airspace watcher and random stuff creator. She is also a pilot who occasionally flies around on an A340 (and hasn't missed passengers once since moving into the cargo world).

Louise has over 20 years’ experience in aviation, initially as Cabin Crew and later in Operations and various Nominated Person roles.  Having worked for AOCs in both commercial and corporate operations, Louise has a diverse understanding of the aviation industry with a focus on providing safe outcomes while delivering exceptional service.  Louise currently runs flypeople, a CCTO based in Malta, offering consultancy and aircrew training for pilots and cabin crew, including the EASA attestation.

Puja Mahajan, an aeronautical and environmental engineer by trade, is an experienced executive who excels in building innovative and service-oriented organizations.  Having spent over 25 years in corporate aviation, she has held positions at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Bombardier Aerospace and was most notably CEO of Maltese operator ElitAvia and EVP Business Development at Comlux. Puja is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Azzera, an initiative designed to make fighting climate change for Business Aviation companies an effortless experience.

Joao Martins, VP Regional FBO Operations Europe and General Manager Zurich
Joao Martins joined Jet Aviation as manager of the company’s FBO in Geneva in March 2014, where he remained until October 2016 when he was appointed general manager of the Jet Aviation Zurich FBO. A 20-year industry veteran, Joao served three years as head of Global Purchasing and Logistics for the VistaJet Group before joining Jet Aviation and more than a decade in various managerial positions for NetJets Europe prior to that.
In his role as GM of Zurich, Joao is responsible for the annual WEF event. Since assuming the position, the Zurich FBO has launched dispenser fueling and dedicated de-icing services, and further secured IS-BAH Stage 2 Safety Registration. Joao is a strong advocate for sustainable aviation solutions and collaborated with partners to make Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) available for purchase in Switzerland for the first time during WEF 2020. That same year, he was appointed Vice President Regional FBO Operations Europe in addition to his role as GM Zurich.
In 2021, under Joao’s regional leadership of FBO operations, Jet Aviation partnered with Neste to secure an ongoing supply of SAF for offer at its FBO in Amsterdam. The company also partnered with SkyNRG to broaden access to SAF for customers universally through a Book and Claim service. In 2022, Jet Aviation once again provided physical SAF in Switzerland, in Geneva for EBACE, and Joao was instrumental in bringing physical SAF to Singapore in partnership with Shell. The FBO in Zurich provided SAF via Book & Claim for WEF 2022, and again in 2023.
Joao is a native of Portugal and holds a degree in accounting and business administration from Lusófona University in Lisbon.

Dave works for Opsgroup as a news editor, notam sifter, airspace monitor, map maker, and general purveyor of operationally useful flight ops information. He is a former flight planner for several bizjet operators, all of which went bust (though he claims it wasn’t his fault).

Yuri has been working at FCG OPS for 12 years and is responsible for operations management and a team of 25 dispatchers.

FCG OPS is certified 24/7 dispatch center offering individual, flexible flight & trip support solutions as well as ground handling support within a network of more than 40 airports.

He has made his path in aviation from the role of trainee, junior dispatcher, dispatcher and deputy manager. Yuri`s professionalism and ability to find solutions for every situation led him to become an operations manager. He is not only in charge of all the operations processes, but know them from own extensive experience in each position.

Peter Olexa is the Head of Vendor relations and Data management at Euro Jet, an Eastern European and Central Asian ground support company with its Operations Control Center based out of Prague, Czech Republic. This year Euro Jet is celebrating its 15 year anniversary. 

Peter manages a team of aviation specialists located in six different countries that coordinate a network of airport ground handling vendors spanning four continents. His team is also responsible for overseeing all local aviation rules and regulations.

Peter started in aviation as a 20 year old working on the ramp at Poprad-Tatry Airport in Slovakia. Prior to joining Euro Jet in 2017 as an Operations Dispatcher, Peter worked for several organizations, including EUROCONTROL and Czech Air Traffic Control. Four years ago, Peter moved into a management position with Euro Jet.

Peter is a PhD candidate at the Czech Technical University in Prague where he specializes in the problematics of the airline diversion optimization, aviation weather and aircraft operations. He has a Masters in Air Traffic Management from the Technical University of Kosice.

Boris Radovanović is Flight efficiency and Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management expert at the EUROCONTROL's Network Management Directorate, Airspace and Capacity division, working on projects related to the traffic demand predictability, airspace design and flight efficiency. Boris got a master’s degree in Air Traffic and Transport Engineering from the University of Belgrade. Before joining EUROCONTROL in 2013, he worked in Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services llc. Boris is PhD student at the Faculty of Traffic and Transport engineering, Belgrade. He has been in his current post since January 2017.

Jose Rubinho combines his role as Safety & Compliance Manager with the role of Sales and Key Account Manager of the Spanish business aviation handling companies United Aviation Services and Ibizair since 2018.

With wide experience in commercial aviation handling (Iberia -Flight Dispatcher-, LTU/Luft Transport Unternehmen -Station Manager-, Ryanair -Duty & Ramp Manager- and Jet2 -Station Manager-) in airports as important as Ibiza or Mallorca, he made the step to Business Aviation in 2011 with Ibizair, a well-known company of the United Aviation group, the pioneer since 1979 with the most extensive network (15 airports by 2022) of business aviation handling services in Spain.

Paolo also actively advises companies in the fields of greentech, fintech, and avtech.

Andreas Stegemann is the Vice President Ground Operations at DC Aviation and has been with the company for more than 11 years.

After earning his master’s degrees in Aviation Engineering and Logistics, he started as a flight dispatcher and shortly thereafter became the Manager OCC for DC Aviation Group.

He has proven himself as a leader and is acting as the Nominated Person Ground Operations for the AOC of DC Aviation in Stuttgart, Germany for the past 4 years.

Ever since he was young, Arthur developed and nourished a passion for aviation which to this day provides him with his greatest source of inspiration. After completing his studies in international Law and Air Transport management, Arthur landed in Brussels where he endeavored to develop a comprehensive data strategy for the European Business Aviation Association. 
 
Over the years, he has overseen the analysis of many different forms of aviation datapoints, working in partnership with many different internal and external stakeholders. 
 
In his role of Market & Business Intelligence Manager, Arthur Thomas is perhaps one of the industries’ leading experts on business aviation and it’s impact on society and communities. Outside of his work in Business Aviation, Arthur is also official “air and space painter” in the French Air Forces.

Graham is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the aviation industry with 19 years of experience in aircraft brokerage, airport operations and service delivery.

His expertise in supervising airport operations, liaising between UAS International Trip Support operations and clients and handling sensitive cargo makes him an invaluable asset to UAS International Trip Support. Graham has managed numerous high-profile passenger arrivals and departures, including those of Royal and Head of State delegations attending COP26 in Edinburgh and APEC2022 in Bangkok.

His experience in private aviation and ability to anticipate and mitigate any potential oversights makes him an excellent choice for clients who require discretion and sensitivity.

Juergen Wiese was appointed EBAA Chairman in September 2016. With over 30 years’ experience in aviation, he currently oversees BMW’s global corporate aviation operations including EASA Part 145 and Part M organisations. Juergen began his aviation career as an officer in the German Air Force, serving in the Air Crew Selection Program for Air Force and Navy in his

last assignment. After working as a flight instructor and developing and managing a start-up air charter business he joined BMW AG in 1995. He also served as the Managing Director of BMW’s Global Corporate Travel Service for more than six years.

Manon Woitellier, A Young dynamic French business woman, passionate about aviation.

She graduated with a master’s degree in air transportation management from ENAC. 

She joined the business aviation industry 10 years ago after a previously working at Vinci airport.

Starting from scratch as an assistant she successfully climbed the ladder to become the Regional Sales Director – Europe & Africa for Jetex flight support. She is now leading a teams based in Paris and Marrakesh, handling European and African operators and operations.

Manon is now an expert on the European and African business aviation market and with the years she acquired knowledges from the ground operations side to the strategic management.

When asked about where she would see herself in 10 years time, Manon replied : Of course, still in business aviation but not only at the European level! 

Jonathan leads Neste’s Renewable Aviation business for the Europe/Middle East & Africa region. Jonathan is responsible for all activities relating to the sale and supply of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and related sustainability offers, investments and business development. The role also covers engagement with government authorities and policy makers on regulatory matters, to help accelerate the use of SAF and support the aviation industry on its path to reduce emissions.

Jonathan has extensive experience in renewables and the energy industry, in senior leadership positions in Downstream businesses, responsible for commercial, business development, M&A, strategy, marketing and operational activities. The last 10 years Jonathan has focused on the aviation fuel business.

Jonathan graduated in Economics from London University, and completed an Executive MBA programme at Harvard Business School.
